Weddings are a big part of who we are. We cater more than fifty of them every year. Your guests get fresh wood-fired pizza made right in front of them, a pizza bar that keeps coming, and a team that knows how a wedding day runs.
We start with a consultation, then build a menu and serving plan around your day: cocktail-hour appetizers, the pizzas you love, dessert, and lemonade and infused water service.
Caprese and antipasto skewers, charcuterie, garlic bread, passed or displayed while you take photos.
Buffet-style and continuously refreshed, so guests can come back for The Stinger, The Queen Bee and whatever's next out of the oven.

Owners Jamin & Christie Dunn
Local Hive Pizza Co. (the team behind Plan Bee Pizza) is a family-owned event catering company and food truck based in Surprise, Arizona, established in 2023 and run by Jamin and Christie Dunn. We specialize in gourmet wood-fired pizzas and Italian-inspired appetizers, and nearly everything we make can be customized to your occasion.
Our mission is simple: help make your event as special as possible, and to take care of you and your guests while we do it.
Every event starts with a conversation. We learn what you're planning, then build a menu and serving plan with you. From backyard celebrations to weddings and company events for up to 200 guests, we bring the same care to every one.
